concession/subsidy has been claimed for intended exports nor any
subsidized material has been used for manufacture of items under export |

- Sold under Contraceptive Social Marketing Programme of Govt.
of India;
- Free supply;
- Central Govt. supply- Not for sale; or
- Not for export outside India; and /or
