The effect of this notification:-
The export contracts of cotton (Tariff Codes 5201, 5202 & 5203) will now
be registered by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade. Earlier, such
registration were with Textile Commissioner, Mumbai.
Vide DGFT NOTIFICATION No 12(RE-2010)/2009-2014, Dated
16-12-2010
