India Wants To Import More Azerbaijani Oil |

India intends to increase crude oil imports from Azerbaijan, Ambassador Debnath Shaw has told a business forum in Baku.
He told the Azerbaijan-India business forum today that crude oil was India's major import from Azerbaijan, while other products accounted for less than $50m.
The ambassador said that trade between the two countries was $330m in 2010 and expected to grow this year.
He said that India wanted to expand the range of goods traded: "We intend to increase Indian exports of meat, tea, pharmaceuticals and clothes to Azerbaijan."
Shaw also said that India was seeking to attract investment from all countries, including Azerbaijan.
