Indian Vegetable Oil Imports Fall For Sixth Straight Month |

India's annual vegetable oil imports fell for the sixth straight month in April, trade data showed on Friday, largely on higher local oilseeds supply, but monthly overseas purchases rose as the oilseeds harvest season ended.
India purchased 475,123 tonnes of vegetable oils in April from overseas, down 12.5% a year ago, the Solvent Extractors' Association of India said in a statement.
