Budget session to continue till March 28.

AMARAVATI: The budget session of the Assembly, which began on Monday, will go on till March 28. Members of the business advisory committee (BAC), who met a few minutes before the joint session, decided the budget schedule,

On the first day, Governor ESL Narasimhan addressed both the houses. On March 8, finance minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu will present budget 2018-19 and after that, the session will remain adjourned till March 12.

The two houses will debate on the budget from March 12 to 27, with weekend holidays falling on March 17, 18, 24 and 25. The Assembly will take up the finance bill on March 28, after which the session will be adjourned sine die.
