Notification No. 32/2010-Customs
G.S.R. 184(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being
satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the
following further amendments, in the notification of the Government of India in
the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue),
No.39/96-Customs, dated the
23rd July, 1996, G.S.R. 291(E), dated the 23rd July, 1996, namely:-
In the said notification, in the TABLE, against S.No.18, in column (3), -
- for the words and letters “duly certified by the Senior Manager” the words
and letters “duly certified by the Senior Manager or the Assistant Director”
shall be substituted.
- in the Explanation, for the words, letters and figures, “the 28th day of March
2010”, the words, letters and figures, “the 1st day of January, 2019” shall be
substituted.
