Notification No. 8/2008-Central Excise (N.T.)

G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rules (1) and (3) of rule 19 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No.45/2001-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 26th June, 2001 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide number G.S.R. 474(E), dated the 26thJune,2001,namely:-

In the said notification, in sub-paragraph (5) of paragraph 1, for the words “Kurichu Hydro Electric Project and Tala Hydro Electric Project”, the words, “Kurichu Hydro Electric Project, Tala Hydro Electric Project and Punatsangechhu-I Hydro Electric Project” shall be substituted.
