In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1B) of Section 129A of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 49/2005-Customs (N.T.), dated the 17th June, 2005, No. G.S.R. 410(E) dated the 17th June, 2005, namely:-
