G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1B) of section
35B of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Board of Excise and
Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the
Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of
Revenue No.
25/2005-Central Excise (N.T), dated the 13th May,2005 published in the Gazette
of India, Extraordinary, part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number
G.S.R.305(E), namely:-
In the said notification, in the Table, for Sl. No. 61 and the entries relating
thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

Note:- The principal notification No. 25/2005-Central Excise (NT), dated the
13th May, 2005 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II,
Section 3, Sub-section(i) vide number G.S.R 305(E), dated the 13th May, 2005 and
