NOTIFICATION No.105 / 2008-Customs (N.T.)
G.S.R. No.631(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of
Rule 3 of the Customs Tariff (Identification and Assessment of Safeguard Duty)
Rules, 1997, and in supersession of notification of the Government of India in
the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No.17/2007-Customs (N.T) issued
vide G.S.R. No.104(E) dated the 22nd February, 2007, the Central Government
hereby appoints Shri S.S. Rana-I, Chief Commissioner, as the Director General
(Safeguard) for the purposes of the said Rules.
