Notification Under Rule 96(EE).

NOTIFICATION UNDER RULE 96EE

Notification No. 174/72-C.E., dated 24-7-1972 as amended by Notification No. 141/77-C.E., dated 18-6-1977.

In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 96EE of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby specifies that the procedure laid down in that rule shall apply to (Cellulosic spun yarn falling under Item No. 18) of the First Schedule to the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944).
