PTI PEC Invites Bids for Import of 1,500 Tonnes of Soyabean Oil |

New Delhi, (PTI) State-run trading firm PEC has invited bids for importing 1,500 tonnes of soyabean oil from Argentina. The trading firm is seeking delivery of the soyabean oil at the Kandla Port immediately, a notice posted on PEC''s website said.
PEC said the last date for bid submission would be November 23 and the tender will be evaluated on the same day. At present, India imports over nine million tonnes of vegetable oil to make up for the shortfall in domestic production.
