Rupee Gains 15 Paise Against US Dollar to 52.10 |

Indian rupee gained against the greenback in morning trade on Monday. Rupee was higher by 0.15 paise or 0.28% against USD to Rs 52.10 compared to previous close of 52.25 (9.21 a.m.).
At 9.25 am., the Sensex was trading up 213.31 points or 1.36% at 15,908.74 with 30 components gaining. Meanwhile, the Nifty was trading higher by 81.55 points or 1.73% at 4,791.60 with 49 components gaining.
In the spot market, the Dollar Index decreased 0.46% to 79.24 (22:47 ET).
Euro - USD was trading at 1.33 up 0.4910% while USD - Japanese Yen was trading at 77.64 down 0.1097% (22:52 ET).
