It is reported that Steel products export in Hebei Wu'an has bucked the trend last year under the climate of worldwide financial crisis, and realized export values of USD 212 million up by 18.3%YoY.
As per report, in detail, exports for flats, cast tube, casting and cotton machines post at 0.8 million tonnes or USD 190 million in value in the period, accounting for 90.5% of the total export values in local. Export destinations also expand to emerging economies like Europe, Mid-east, India and Southeast Asia from the traditional markets like East Asia and US.
The nice performance was gained against the backdrop that local government is stepping up efforts in industrial structure and product mix upgrading.
