India`s forex reserves rises by USD 862.4 mn |

India`s forex reserves rose by USD 862.4 million on week-on-week basis to stand at USD 294.82 billion as on Mar. 16, 2012.
However, in the rupee term, forex reserves rose by Rs 120.5 billion over the week to stand at Rs 14,794 billion as on Mar. 16, 2012.
On year-on-year basis, forex reserves fell by USD 8.68 billion to USD 294.82 billion as on Mar. 16, 2012.
Meanwhile, in the rupee term, forex reserves increased by Rs 1,106.9 billion over the year to Rs 14,794 billion as on Mar. 16, 2012.
