Rupee falls 03 paise against US dollar to 51.63 |

Indian rupee declined against the greenback in morning trade on Tuesday. Rupee was down by 0.03 paise or 0.06% against USD to Rs 51.63 (09.26 a.m.).
At 09.25 a.m., the Sensex was trading down 8.11 points or 0.05% at 17,142.84 with 16 components falling. Meanwhile, the Nifty was trading lower by 3.60 points or 0.07% at 5,222.60 with 29 components falling.
In the spot market, the Dollar Index increased 0.09% to 79.63 (22:06 ET).
Euro - USD was trading at 1.31 down 0.21% while USD - Japanese Yen was trading at 80.46 up 0.06% (23:53 ET).
