Rupee marginally up against dollar in early trade |

Indian rupee gained against the greenback in morning trade on Wednesday. Rupee was marginally up by 0.01 paise or 0.03% against USD to Rs 52.66 (09.38 a.m.).
At 09.36 a.m., the Sensex was trading up 95.31 points or 0.55% at 17,414.12 with 25 components gaining. Meanwhile, the Nifty was trading higher by 26.30 points or 0.50% at 5,274.45 with 42 components gaining.
In the spot market, the Dollar Index increased 0.03% to 78.84 (00:08 ET).
Euro - USD was trading at 1.32 down 0.04% while USD - Japanese Yen was trading at 80.20 down 0.12% (00:04 ET).
