US dollar ends cheaper against rupee |

MUMBAI: The US dollar ended cheaper against the rupee at Rs 63.47 per dollar but the pound sterling turned higher at Rs 99.4297 per pound at the close of the Interbank Foreign Exchange market on Friday.
