Rainbow Children's Medicare: The pediatric and gynaecology hospital chain will make it debut at the bourses on Tuesday. The company raised Rs 1,580.85 crore between April 27-29 by selling its shares in the range of Rs 516-542 apiece. The issue was subscribed 12.4 times.

HCL Technologies: The IT services company said it will acquire Bengaluru-based Quest Informatics through its wholly-owned subsidiary, in an all-cash deal. The company pegged the purchase consideration at Rs 15 crore.

NTPC: The state-owned power giant has invited bids to procure imported 4.53 million tonnes (MT) coal mainly for blending with the domestic dry fuel in thermal plants. The NTPC tender for the import of coal assumes significance in view of the ongoing dry fuel shortage at power plants.

PVR: The multiplex chain operator reported narrowing of its consolidated net loss to Rs 105.49 crore during the fourth quarter ended in March 2022. The company had posted a net loss of Rs 289.21 crore in the January-March quarter a year ago.

IDBI Bank: The LIC run lender said its board has approved the appointment of T N Manoharan as the part-time chairman for a period of three years. The bank also announced that M R Kumar has ceased to be the non-executive non-whole time chairman of the bank with effect from May 8, 2022, after completion of the RBI approved term of three years.

Godrej Agrovet: The animal feed company reported a rise of 120.59 per cent in its consolidated profit at Rs 139.81 crore during the quarter ended March 2022 compared to the same period of the preceding financial year. The company's profit stood at Rs 63.38 crore during the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.

KEI Industries: The cables company clocked a 35 per cent in consolidated profit at Rs 116 crore in the quarter ended March 2022, led by other income, operating income and robust topline. Revenue during the quarter increased by 44 per cent to Rs 1,792 crore.

Suven Pharmaceuticals: The pharma firm said its consolidated profit after tax has increased by 11 per cent to Rs 92 crore for the fourth quarter ended March. The company had reported a profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 83 crore in the January-March quarter of 2020-21 fiscal.

Shipping Corporation of India: The state-owned shipping company said its board has approved certain modifications in the scheme of arrangement for demerger of the company's non-core assets into Shipping Corporation of India Land and Assets Ltd.

Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals: The commodity chemical company more than doubled its consolidated profit to Rs 643 crore in Q4FY22, up from Rs 310.5 crore in the same period last year, due to strong operating income and topline. Revenue grew by 60 per cent to Rs 2,772 crore compared to the year-ago period.

BLS International: The travel services firm reported a 53 per cent growth in profit after tax (PAT) to Rs 35.2 crore for the quarter ended in March 2022 compared to the year-ago period.

Borosil Renewables: The solar panel glass manufacturer said it will invest Rs 1,500 over the next two years to expand its capacity by nearly 2.5 times and supply 15 GW of solar modules by FY25.
Visaka Industries: The cement firm reported a profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 30.12 crore in the quarter ended March 2022, 25 per cent higher than the net profit of Rs 24.03 crore in the same period previous year. The company also announced a dividend of Rs 8 per share.

Cosmo Films: The packaging player recorded a 45.3 per cent growth in consolidated profit at Rs 108.2 crore in the quarter ended March 2022, driven by higher operating income and topline. Revenue grew by 22 per cent to Rs 821 crore during the same period.

Infibeam Avenues: The IT enabled services firm reported an 11 per cent drop year-on-year in its consolidated net profit to Rs 28 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 2022. The company's gross revenue rose 84 per cent year-on-year to Rs 369 crore in the just-ended quarter.

Vishwaraj Sugar Industries : The sugar firm reported a manifold jump in the net profit to Rs 35.49 crore in the March 2022 quarter, compared to the net profit of Rs 3.55 crore in the same quarter previous year. The company announced a dividend of Rs 0.20 per equity shares for the year ended March 2022.
