Notification No. 12/2017 – Central Tax, Dt. 28-06-2017
On 28-06-2017, Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Excise and Customs, issued a Notification No. 12/2017 under Central Tax, related to mention the digits of Harmonised System of Nomenclature (HSN) Codes on Invoices.
Under the notification, Central Board of Excise and Customs, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby notifies the following registered person require to quote HSN Code on all Invoices:

| 2 | More than Rs. 1.5 Crore and upto Rs. 5 Crore | 2 |
