Abeyance of Application received relating to Appendices 17D for DFCE under EXIM Policy (2003-04) and Target Plus Scheme under Foreign Trade Policy (2004-05) issued under PN. 69 and 70, DT. 07/04/2005.

Attention is invited to Appendices 17 D as notified vide Public Notices 69 & 70 on 07.04.2005 relating to the DFCE under EXIM Policy (2003-04) and Target Plus Scheme under Foreign Trade Policy (2004-05).
2. Representation have been received from Trade and Industry requesting for simplification of the documentation requirements prescribed in Appendices 17 D as notified vide Public Notices 69 & 70 on 07.04.2005 on the subject of operationalising the DFCE under EXIM Policy (2003-04) and Target Plus Scheme under Foreign Trade Policy (2004-05).
3. The merits of these representations are under study and shortly the revised appendices shall be notified. Accordingly all RLAs are advised not to accept any application for grant of DFCE under EXIM Policy (2003-04) and Target Plus Scheme under Foreign Trade Policy (2004-05) benefits till fresh notifications as mentioned above are issued. Applications already received, if any, may be kept in abeyance.
