Abolition of minimum value addition
Public Notice No. 26 dated 3rd August 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred under paragraph 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy (1997-2002), as amended, the Director General of Foreign Trade herby notifies the following amendment:
Reference to minimum value addition wherever it occurs, in the Handbook of Procedures Vol.II (1997-2002) shall stand deleted.
