Notification No. 16/2015 - Central Excise (N.T.)

New Delhi, the 26^th May, 2015

G.S.R. (E).____In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (3) read with sub-rule (2) of rule 19 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 44/2001-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 26^th June, 2001, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 473(E), dated the 26^th June, 2001, namely:-

1. In the said notification, in the opening paragraph, in sub-paragraph (vii), in clause (a), for the word “Visakhapatnam”, the words “Visakhapatnam, Mundra” shall be inserted.

2. This notification shall come in to force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
