Agencies are added in - Agencies authorised to issue Certificate of Origin (Non Preferential)

In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I):
1. In the Guidelines for Applicants in the Aayaat Niryaat Form�, giving details of the documents to accompany the application for Star Export House Certification, at Serial No 4. IV, Sl.3 thereof, which reads as �Self certified copy of the Balance Sheet filed with Income Tax Authorities for the relevant year(s).� is deleted.
2. The following agencies are added in Appendix 4C pertaining to the �List of Agencies authorised to issue Certificate of Origin (Non Preferential)�:
