Trade Notice No. 05/2012,

All Regional Authorities of DGFT
All Custom Authorities
Sub: Allocation of quantity of Rough Marble and Travertine Blocks for import for
Financial Year 2012-13.
Attention is invited to Trade Notice No.04 dated 14th September 2012 on the
subject mentioned above. On further scrutiny of files, some deficiencies have
been noticed in the following cases:-
- M/s.Bhartiya Marble Pvt. Ltd., Rajasthan
- M/s. Shree Aparajita Marble P Ltd., Rajasthan
- M/s.Gaurav Stonex, Rajasthan
- M/s.Rajhans Marmo & Mines P Ltd., Rajasthan
RA will not issue import licenses to above firms until clearance from DGFT (Hqrs).
These firms would need to comply with the deficiencies to DGFT (Hqrs) within a
period of one week from the date of issue of this Trade Notice, before their
cases can be considered for grant of import license. E Mails communicating
discrepancy have already been sent to above firms.
