Notification No. 07 / 2013-Customs
New Delhi, the 19th February, 2013
G.S.R. 106 (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being
satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the
following amendments in each of the notifications of the Government of India in
the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) specified in column (2) of the
Table below, in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of
the said Table, namely :-

In the said notification, in paragraph 2, in condition (16), for the words
“already made under this exemption”, the words and figures “already made under
this exemption and the debits made under the notification No. 02 of 2013-Central
Excise, dated the 18th February, 2013,” shall be substituted. |

dated the 18th February, 2013. |
