Notification No. 109/ 2003 – Customs (N.T.)

In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 15/2002-Customs ( N.T.), dated the 7^th March, 2002, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table, for the words “Export Processing Zone”, wherever it appears, the words “Special Economic Zone” shall be substituted.
