Amendment in Appendix 1 - LIST OF REGIONAL AUTHORITIES AND THEIR JURISDICTION

In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Appendix-I of Handbook of Procedure (Volume-I):-
2. The following is added at the end of Sl. No. 11 of Appendix-I :-

4. To ensure easy transition, the exporters/importers located in the State of Uttaranchal shall have the option to file their respective applications with their earlier Licensing Authorities also i.e. Regional Authorities at New Delhi and Moradabad respectively up to 30th September, 2006.
5. The above amendment shall come into effect from 22.8.2006.
