Subject: - Amendment in Appendix 4C (List of Agencies Authorized to Issue
Certificates of Origin-Non Preferential)–Change in address and contact details
of Indian Electrical and Electronics Manufacturers’ Association (IEEMA).
In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy
2009-2014, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following
amendment at Sl.No. 7 under Sub-heading Delhi in Appendix 4C (List of Agencies
authorized to issue Certificate of Origin–Non Preferential) of the Handbook of
Procedures-Volume 1 (Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms), 2009-2014:
