Subject: Amendment in Appendix 4C (List of Agencies Authorised to Issue
Certificates of Origin - Non Preferential) of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.I),
2009-14.
In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy
2009-2014, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following
amendment at S.No.30 under the State of Maharashtra in Appendix 4C (List of
Agencies Authorised to Issue Certificates of Origin-Non Preferential) of the
Handbook of Procedures(Vol.I), 2009-14:
