Subject: Amendment in import policy of items under HS Code 1511 90 of Chapter 15 of ITC (HS), 2017, Schedule-I (Import Policy).
S.O.5319(E).– In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with Section 5 of FT (D&R) Act, 1992, and read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby extends the “Free” import policy of the following items under HS Code 1511 90 of Chapter 15 of ITC (HS), 2017, Schedule — I (Import Policy), for the period up to 31st December 2022, as under:

2. Effect of the Notification: “Free” import policy of items under HS code 15119010, 15119020 and 15119090 is extended for a period up to 31.12.2022.
This issues with the approval of Minister of Commerce & Industry.
