Subject: Amendment in Para 5.1A of HBP Vol.I, 2009-2014
In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade
Policy, 2009-14 and Paragraph 1.1 of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1), the
Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the
Handbook of Procedures, Vol.I, 2009-2014, as amended from time to time.
2. The words “Imports under “ appearing in the first line of sub-para 4 of
Para 5.1A of HBP Vol.I stand deleted.
This issues in public interest.
