The 14th February, 2011

Subject: Amendment in paragraph 4.24A related to Advance Authorisation for Annual Requirement in HBP v1.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-14, following amendments are being made in the Handbook of Procedures, Vol. 1, 2009-2014(RE 2010).

1. Amendment of clause at Sl. No. (i) of paragraph 4.24A of HBP v1:

Earlier clause:

Effect of this amendment:

Earlier clause:

(iii) “Within eligible entitlement, an exporter may apply for one or more than one authorisations in a licensing year, subject to condition that against one Port of registration, only one authorisation can be issued for same product group.”

Amended clause:
