NEW DELHI DATED THE 28th June, 2006
In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I):
Sub para 1 of para 3.19.1 is amended as under:-
“The application for grant of credit under Vishesh Krishi and Gram Udyog Yojana for export made from 01.04.2006 onwards shall be made to the regional authority concerned in the Aayaat Niryaat Form along with the documents prescribed therein. The applicant may file one or more applications subject to the condition that each application shall contain not more than 50 shipping bills. All the shipping bills in any one application must relate to exports made from one Customs House only. This procedure will equally apply to the exports made from 01.04.2005 till 31.03.2006 under the then Vishesh Krishi Upaj Yojana.”
