Notification No. 13 dated 11th February 2003 (NT)
In exercise of powers conferred by
clause (aa) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central
Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of
the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Finance (Department of
Revenue), No. 12/ 97-Customs (NT), dated the 2nd April, 1997, namely: -
In the Table to the said notification,
against serial No. 12 relating to the State of Uttar Pradesh, in column (3),
after entry (vi) and the corresponding entries relating thereto in column (4),
the following shall be inserted, namely: -
