Amendment in the Ntf No. 62/94-Cus. (NT), dt. 21/11/1994 (Unloading of imported Coal by M/s. Reliance Energy Ltd. - Customs Port in Dahanu)

S.O. (E). � In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide number S.O. 829(E), dated the 21st November, 1994, (No. 62/94-Customs (N.T.), dated 21st November, 1994), namely:-
In the Table annexed to the said notification, against serial number 8, in column (3), against item (8) relating to Dahanu, for the entry under column 4, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
�Unloading of imported Coal by M/s. Reliance Energy Ltd.�.
