ORDER
In exercise of the powers conferred under the Notification No.01/2003-Customs (N.T.), dated 3rd January, 2003 issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby makes the following amendment in the Order dated 24.8.2007-
In the list, the serial No. 84 in respect of Show Cause Notice No. DRI/SRU/INV/09/2006 dated 23.3.2007 shall be deleted.
