Notification No. 15 /2013-Customs (N.T.)

S.O. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1)
of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government
hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue number
S.O. 828 (E), dated the 21st November, 1994 (No. 61/94 – (N.T.) Customs, dated
the 21st November, 1994), namely:-
- In the Table to the said notification, against serial No. 8, in column (3)
against item (b) relating to Airport “Mangalore”, for the entry under column
(4), the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-

“Unloading of imported goods and the loading of export goods or any
class of such goods”. |
