Amendments/additions/corrections etc. in the Schedule of DEPB rates
|
In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 and Paragraph 1.1 of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments/correction/addition etc in the Book titled �Schedule of DEPB rates� :-
Product Group : Engineering Product Code :61
i) The description of export product mentioned against Sr.No. 286 is amended to read as � Commercial Vehicle of GVW upto 7.5 MT in CBU/SKD/CKD condition�
ii) The description of export product mentioned against Sr.No. 331 is corrected to read as � Graphite electrode /Carbon electrode/Anodes/Nipples/ Graphite Fine and Mix Graphite products�
iii) The description of export product mentioned against Sr.No. 481 is amended to read as � Cryogenic Tank for Liquified Gases�
iv) The description of export product mentioned against Sr.No. 594 is amended to read as � Commercial Vehicles of GVW about 7.5 MT and upto 16.5 MT in CBU/SKD/CKD condition �
v) The entry at Sr.No. 588 is amended to read as under:-

ii) The validity period of the adhoc DEPB rate for the export product � paper Cones made of relevant paper board� notified vide Public Notice No. 32 (RE:03)/2002- 07 dated 12.11.2003, is made effective from 4.12.2003 i.e the date on which Sr.No. 996 was assigned to this entry vide Public Notice No. 34 (RE-03)/2002-07 dated 4.12.2003.
Product Group : Plastics Product Code :63
The value cap in respect of the export product appearing at Sr.No. 51 is amended to read as � Rs. 100/- kg.�
