In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09 and Paragraph 1.1 of Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments/additions/deletions/corrections in the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2, 2004-2009, as amended from time to time.
2. In the statement of Standard Input Output Norms (SION) as contained in the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.2), 2004-2009, as amended from time to time, the amendments/additions/deletions/corrections at appropriate places as mentioned in ANNEXURE "A” to this Public Notice are made.
3. In the statement of Standard Input Output Norms (SION), the following additions shall be made at appropriate places as mentioned below:-
CHEMICALS AND ALLIED PRODUCTS
After the existing SION entry at Sl.No.A-3626, new SION entry at Sl.No. A-3627 is added as per ANNEXURE “B” to this Public Notice.
