1. In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 and Paragraph 1.1 of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.I), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments / correction in the DEPB rates.
   
   
2. DEPB rates for the following two products notified vide Public Notice No.78 dated 30.10.2007 stands corrected w.e.f. 30.10.2007 as follows:
