Amendments in APPENDIX 17D - Target plus Scheme for exports effected during 2005-06
|
In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following corrections/amendments in the application form Appendix 17D for Target Plus Scheme for Exports Effected during 2005-06, notified vide Public Notice 22(RE 2006) dated 15.06.2006.
1. Row 06 of Sr. No 6 of the Application Form (Appendix 17D) for Target Plus Scheme for Exports Effected during 2005-06, is replaced as under:

2. In the Notes contained in the Application Form (Appendix 17D) for Target Plus Scheme for Exports Effected during 2005-06, in Note 4 (i) the words �Rs 10 Crores� are replaced by the words �Rs 5 Crores�.
