In exercise of power conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy
2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following
amendments in Appendix 4-C (List of agencies authorized to issue Certificate of
Origin-Non-Preferential), of HBP (Vol.I).
2. The name of the following agency at S. No. 4 under the State of Gujarat in
Appendix 4 C of HBP (Vol-I) is hereby changed:-
