PUBLIC NOTICE No. 52(RE:2012)/2009-2014
NEW DELHI DATED 28th March 2013
In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy,
2009-14, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following
amendments in Appendix 5 of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I) with immediate
effect:-
The following Pre Shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIA) shall be added after
Sl.No.25 in the Appendix-5 of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol-I), Appendices and
Aayaat Niryaat Forms:-

Effects of this public notice:
- Five new Pre Shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIA) have been notified. Area of
operation of four existing PSIA’s has been widened.
