In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the of the Foreign Trade
Policy, 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the
following amendments in Appendix-I of Handbook of Procedure (Volume-I):

To ensure easy transition, the exporters/importers located in the
State of Chhattisgarh shall have the option to file their applications with
their earlier Licensing Authority also i.e. Regional Authority at Bhopal up to
31st March, 2007.
The above amendment shall come into effect from 27.02.2007.
