In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 3 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the Notification of the Government of India, erstwhile Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 14/2002-Central Excise (NT), dated the 8^th March, 2002 as amended vide Notification No. 22/2002-Central Excise (NT) dated 4^th June, 2002 and Notification No. 37/2002-Central Excise ((NT) dated 31^st October, 2002, namely:
