Amendments in Customs Notification No. : 106/2004 (NT) DATE 23/09/2004 (adjudication and investigation Cases)

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 4 of Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), The Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) number 106/2004-Customs (N.T.), dated the 23rd September, 2004 which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide number G.S.R.637(E) dated the 23rd September, 2004, namely:-
In the said notification, in the Table, serial number 19 and the entries made thereto shall be omitted.
