Amendments in Customs Notification No. 21 dated 1st March 2002

Notification No. 131 dated 28th November 2002
In
exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 25 of the Customs
Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is
necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further
amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile
Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 21/2002-Customs, dated the 1st
March, 2002 namely:
In
the said notification,

In the Table, -
(a)
against S. No. 114, in column (3), after entry (t), the following entry
shall be inserted namely, -

In the Annexure, in condition No. 21A, in sub-conditions (a) and (b), for
the words �similar containers all made of leather,� the words �similar
containers all made of leather or leather harness or leather saddlery,� shall
respectively be substituted.
