Excise Notification No. 36 dated 31st October 2002 (NT)
In
exercise of power conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 3 read with rule 33 of the
Central Excise Rules, 2002, the Central Board of Excise and Customs makes the
following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of
Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 39/ 2001-Central Excise (NT) dated the 26th
June 2001, namely: -
In
the said notification, in the Table, for entries at column (2) against S. No. 2,
the following shall be substituted, namely: -
�Commissioner
of Central Excise (Adjudication), Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai�
2.
This notification shall come into force on and from the 1st
day of November 2002.
