Amendments in Exim Policy
Notification
No. 31 dated 12th November 1998
In
exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade
(Development & Regulation) Act, 1992
(No. 22 of 1992) read with Paragraph 1.3 of Export and Import Policy
1997-2002 (incorporating amendments made upto 13.4.98) the Central
Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Export and Import Policy
1997-2002 (incorporating amendments
made upto 13.4.98).
The
following shall be added after S. No. 10 in Part I of Chapter 16 of the Policy:
" 11 Sands and Soils ".
This issues in Public
interest.
